PTO Meetings
Meetings are typically held every third Thursday of the month, with some variations made due to school conflicts. Members do not have to attend all (or any!) meetings to participate in PTO activities.
Get Involved
The opportunities to support PTO are extensive! Whether you volunteer for an hour at our book fair, sign up to run a committee, or support our programs with a monetary donation, we could not run without the generous help of parents like you.
Mission
Butler PTO Mission
Our mission is to promote parent/guardian involvement with their children’s education and with Butler Elementary School. We provide financial support and volunteer assistance to carry out programs that enrich every child’s education during their time at Butler. We also work to enhance the facility and provide opportunities for the students of Butler that are not otherwise provided for by the Springfield School District.

From Our PTO President
We have so many exciting activities planned for the 2023-2024 school year! As we move forward to support our students, teachers, and staff, please know we cannot do it without generous parents like you donating your time, money, and energy to keep us moving forward. While we love to see you at our monthly meetings, please know that you can still be a valuable member of PTO even if you cannot attend the meetings. I look forward to seeing you on the blacktop!
